Join Me in June: Online Session from June 1-29

๐ŸŒž 30-Minute Mornings: 6:30 am on Monday–June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29. Morning yoga is my favourite, and this fun flow will have you moving, breathing, and setting intentions for your day in 30 minutes (I promise)!ย 

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ A variety of 60-minute all-levels classes at 5:30 pm on Thursday–June 3, 10, 17, 24

๐Ÿ’ป Online live classes via Zoom. All classes will be recorded, shared, and available until the end of July.ย

๐Ÿ’ฒ40 per household for 9 live classes and online recordings for each class
