A carefully selected blend of wellness practices that includes a physical yoga practice (gentle flow/yin/restorative poses) and any of the following: breathwork, meditation, yoga nidra, and tea. Bring a blanket and socks for extra comfort. It’s the perfect way to begin the upcoming week!
