Current Schedule

Feel strong and calm as the holiday season approaches. Four weeks of in-person and online yoga so we can flow into the Christmas season feeling relaxed and ready to enjoy the merriment!


Join me in-person at Kenton Memorial Hall on Mondays at 5:30 pm: 

November 21, 28, December 5, 12

Classes will be 60 minutes in length and include a variety of practices such as Hips and Hamstrings, Flow and Let It Go, flow, slow flow, and yin/restorative. New playlists, essential oils, and readings will accompany every class. 

All participants require a mat, two blocks, and a yoga strap.

Practice with me online via Zoom on Tuesday mornings at 6:30 am. Recordings will be available following each class and all participants will receive a reminder email with the Zoom link on Monday evening.

If you register for this session, you’ll receive complimentary access to my morning Thrive in 30 classes. They’re offered online on Tuesday mornings at 6:30 am via Zoom. All the classes are recorded, so you can choose to practice or revisit the recording later. You can also drop in to any of my Monday night classes in Kenton at no cost. 

As always, classes will include essential oils, breathwork, lots of options for poses, and readings so that you get off your mat feeling calm, refreshed, and inspired. I love great music, so you can count on some brand-new playlists with songs you’ve never heard to enhance your yoga practice.
