Start 2023 with intention, movement, and connection with online and in-person yoga classes!


Practice with me online via Zoom on Tuesday mornings at 6:30 am. Recordings will be available following each class and all participants will receive a reminder email with the Zoom link on Monday evening.

Complimentary access provided to students who have registered for in-person classes in Virden.

5-week yoga class for all levels and abilities instructed by Devon Caldwell

  • When: Thursday February 23, March 2, 9, 16, 23 at 5:30pm to 6:30pm
  • Where: Mary Montgomery School Gym
  • Who: Anyone 18+
  • Cost: $75 + GST – includes 5 classes plus 5 weeks of online Thrive in 30-minute morning class with Devon
  • Required: yoga mat and water bottle

As always, classes will include essential oils (in person only), breathwork, lots of options for poses, and readings so that you get off your mat feeling calm, refreshed, and inspired. I love great music, so you can count on some brand-new playlists with songs you’ve never heard to enhance your yoga practice.
