✨60-minute all-levels outdoor practices✨Wednesday evenings at 5:30 pm at Kenton Bandstand
June 15, 29, July 7 (Thursday), 20, 27, August 3 at 5:30 pm
A combination of Stretch and Stroll, all-levels yoga practices, and at least one Namaste in Nature
(note: there is no outdoor class the week of June 20 as I’m offering a Yoga Mala on June 21)

☀️Summer Solstice Yoga Mala ☀️Tuesday, June 21, 5:30 pm, at Kenton Memorial Hall
In honour of the summer solstice and International Day of Yoga, Devon Caldwell Education & Wellness is excited to offer a Yoga Mala. A Yoga Mala is an ancient yogic tradition of doing 108 sun salutations. It is usually done in connection with a change in season, such as the summer solstice. A Yoga Mala is the perfect opportunity to take stock in your life and set new goals with the changing season. This transformational practice will consist of 108 sun salutations, intention setting, essential oils, and a very well-deserved savasana. This is a great opportunity to kick off the summer with a physical challenge and emotional awakening!

And don’t let the 108 sun salutations scare you….come to this event with an open mind and only do as much as you are comfortable with. You will be guided through different sun salutation variations that range from very gentle to more challenging–you can choose the ones that work for you. Modifications and frequent rest breaks will be offered!

All participants require a yoga mat and two yoga blocks.
