Thursday, May 12, at 5:30 pm: Yoga for Pelvic Floor Health with physiotherapist and pelvic health specialist Andrea Gray. Andrea is a practicing physiotherapist and Pilates teacher based out of Physio First in Virden.

If you are a woman with a pelvis, this workshop is for you! Even if you currently experience no issues, education and prevention is vitally important. Did you know that your pelvic floor muscles hold up your bladder? They also support the uterus and bowel (small and large intestine). Developing a strong pelvic floor is key to overall health and can prevent and treat urinary leakage/incontinence, pain during intercourse, and an overactive bladder.

This unique offering will include a talk with Andrea, an opportunity to ask questions, breathwork guided by Andrea, and a specially-designed yoga sequence to support pelvic floor health led by Devon. All participants will receive a handout of these yoga poses so they can continue to practice them on their own. This workshop is available online or in-person, and it makes a wonderful Mother’s Day gift for the special women in your life. Thursday, May 26, at 5:30 pm: a wellness experience led by Devon Caldwell and Kari Gregory, certified integrative breathwork instructor. You’ll experience a 30-minute yoga class followed by 30 minutes of breathwork and essential oils. Join us in-person or online for $15. I’m enjoying leading movement and meditation practices on Insight Timer–a FREE global yoga platform funded by donations. Currently, I’m teaching a Thrive in 30 Yoga Flow every Monday morning at 6:30 am CST and I’ve uploaded four guided meditations for you to try. Here’s how to get started:
