Practice with me live on Insight Timer!

I’m enjoying leading movement and meditation practices on Insight Timer–a FREE global yoga platform funded by donations. Currently, I’m teaching a Thrive in 30 Yoga Flow every Monday morning at 7 am CDT and I’ve already uploaded two guided meditations for you to try. Here’s how to get started: 

1️⃣ Download the Insight Timer app to your mobile device (phone, tablet) or visit the website, then create an account. It’s free to access thousands of practices, and you can support the teachers and the platform by donating at the end of the practice.
2️⃣ Follow me on Insight Timer: just click on this link or search “devoncaldwellyoga”
3️⃣ Please complete this brief form below if you’d like a reminder email 24 hours before my live classes on Insight Timer. I’ll send you the link so you don’t have to search for my class–instead you can just click on it and get moving! I’ll also let you know when I upload a new guided meditation.

August Yoga Classes at the Bandstand

I’m so excited to offer my first session of in-person yoga in nearly a year! It will feel so great to move, breathe, and connect in real life with my yoga community–I can’t wait! Here’s the information if you’re interested in joining me this August: 

📍 We’ll meet at the bandstand in Kenton for all-levels outdoor yoga classes that include a variety of practices: Stretch & Stroll, Namaste in Nature, hatha/yin/flow, meditation, breathwork

Option 1️⃣
Tuesdays, August 10, 17, 24, 31, September 7, at 5:30 pm: 5 classes for $50

Option 2️⃣
Thursdays, August 12, 19, Sept. 2, and Friday, Sept. 10 at 11:15 am: 4 classes for $40

Option 3️⃣ (the best deal)
All 9 classes for $80

🚶🏼‍♀️ I will alternate between Stretch & Stroll and a 60-minute yoga class each week so that you can experience both regardless of which day you sign up for. If the group is interested and the mosquitoes aren’t too bad, I’ll also offer Namaste in Nature. In the event of inclement weather, I’ll email you a link for a live Zoom class.

🧘🏼‍♂️ All yogis will need a mat, 2 blocks, a strap, running shoes, and a water bottle.
