If you’d told me 6 years ago that I’d be a yoga teacher and that I’d be live-streaming and recording classes out of my home studio, I never would’ve believed you. But here I am and I’m loving every minute of it 💜 I’m hopeful that in-person classes are around the corner (my absolute fave) and our Spring into Wellness Challenge is just the boost we need to keep on trucking through this pandemic!

So I did something new today. I recorded a breathwork practice with a drum 🥁 Although I practice breathwork regularly and teach it in my yoga classes, I’d never made a recording or used a drum to rhythmically time the length of the inhales, exhales, and holds. I just tried out the recording myself and I’m really happy with how it turned out...but I can’t wait for your feedback. If you sign up for the 🌷 Spring into Wellness 🌷 Challenge, it’s included as the Day 5 practice!
